Return Policy:
A purchased item can be eligible for return in the instance that:
Uniform Solutions Plus is out of stock of an item that the customer purchased, and the estimated time of restock does not meet the customer’s needs.
The customer or the intended recipient of the product has changed schools, making the previously bought shirt unnecessary.
The customer requests that the item be returned, and the store owner approves the return of said item.
For an item to be eligible for return, it must meet the following requirements:
The item has not been washed
The manufacturer tags have not been removed from applicable items.
There is no wear or tear to the item.
The item does not have any smell that would make it unsuitable for resale, as determined by the staff of Uniform Solutions Plus.
Only items that were purchased from Uniform Solutions Plus are eligible for a refund. Any returned items should be accompanied with a receipt, either physical or digital, to show proof of purchase.
In an instance where an item that was purchased at a discount is being returned, the time will be refunded at the price that it was sold at.
An item that has been discontinued is not eligible for return.
In an instance where one or more items are being returned, any refund will only apply to the items that have been returned to the store in the condition previously addressed.
Refunds will be sent to the original payment method of the customer and may take up to 3-5 days to reflect in the customer’s account from which the source of payment originated.
Exchange Policy:
A purchased item can be eligible for exchange in the instance that:
Uniform Solutions Plus is out of stock of an item that the customer purchased, and the estimated time of restock does not meet the customer’s needs. In this case the previously bought item can either be exchanged for a different item of equal or lesser value, or the previously bought item can be exchanged for a different item of greater value with the customer paying the difference between the two items.

Special Order Policy:
In the event that an item is purchased either in store or online, and Uniform Solutions Plus does not have the stock on hand, this is considered a Special Order.
In the case of a special order, it may take up to 4-6 weeks for the order to be filled. The nature of the special order will be disclosed to the customer upon purchase in store. A purchase made on the online store will be marked as a “Partially Filled” order, if it is declared such. The customer at any point after receiving this notification can call the store at (941) 800-7900 to discuss the possibility of exchanging or refunding the amount for the shirt that is considered special order.
A typical wait time for items can be considered as so:
Blank Shirts or Polos: 1-6 Days
Screen Printed or Heat Pressed items: 2-3 Weeks
Embroidered Items: 4-6 Weeks
Sublimated Items: Variable
Bottoms: Variable
Shipping Options Policy:
Uniform Solutions Plus offers multiple options for delivery of purchased items:
Pick-Up In Store: In the Instance that the customer chooses to pick-up their purchased items in store, the order will be filled based on the inventory in store. This order will then be marked either “Completed” or “Partially Filled”. The customer will receive an email notifying them of this change in status. Upon this change in status, the order would be ready for pick-up at our physical store located at 5002 Lena Road Unit #111 Bradenton, FL 34211. If an order stays at the store for a prolonged period of time, Uniform Solutions Plus will attempt to reach out to the customer via phone or email, to remind the customer to pick up the uniform. If the order is still not picked up after the attempted communication, Uniform Solutions Plus reserves the right to either have the order then shipped to the customer, or the school.
Delivery To School: In the Instance that the customer chooses to have their order dropped off at the school, the order will be filled based on the inventory in store. This order will then be marked either “Completed” or “Partially Filled”. The customer will receive an email notifying them of this change in status. Upon this change in status, the order will be placed in a “To Be Delivered” location in the store. Deliveries to the schools occur on a variable basis, but are attempted within 10 business days of the first order made that would be taken to the school. When choosing to have an order brought to the school, it may take up to 2 weeks for the order to then be taken to the school. Once the item is at the school, it is up to the school to ensure that the order makes it home with the child. Upon request by the parent, Uniform Solutions Plus can provide a chain of possession of an order to verify that the order was brought to the school.
Shipping to Home: In the Instance that the customer chooses to have their order shipped to their home, the order will be filled based on the inventory in store. This order will then be marked either “Completed” or “Partially Filled”. The customer will receive an email notifying them of this change in status. Upon this change in status, a shipping label will be created using either UPS, or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once the label is created, the order will be brought to a mailing venue, at which point the order will be shipped at the discretion of the shipping company. Upon request, Uniform Solutions Plus can provide you with the shipping information, such as a tracking number. Please allow up to 1- 2 weeks for an item marked shipped to be delivered to your home.
